Automatic cuper of infill palletization formats

When CGP entrusted us with the production of these "prototype" cutters of palletization infill formats, we submitted proposals for improvement. Our approach by subsets has allowed to do evolve the architecture and design of the product.

We have made the product more reliable while providing it with an increased capacity to meet the needs of the end customer. Building on its success, it is now mass-produced in our factory.

This cutter has many benefits :

• The costs of consumable are reduced,
• The unwelcome shutdowns are avoided, resulting in improved operating costs for packaging lines,
• A reel unique reference can produce up to 15 lengths of formats.
