Industrial product development
This product is a platform that can be integrated into assembly lines to control screwing tools and manage performance indicators and alerts at the station. This unit represents a whole ecosystem around the wireless screwing tools: its commands, its configuration, its results and associated information. It allows to stimulate the flexibility, the availability and the productivity of the operators, and becomes a major asset in the management of the assembly lines.
The project was carried out in part within our "Plastic Product Development" department by our teams, from design to prototypes, right through to monitoring industrialization (support in China). The electronic part was developed by our customer.
A challenge brilliantly taken up by our technicians, plastics technicians and mechanics who were able to meet our customer's expectations by collaborating and accompanying them in each stage of the development of this technological product.
