Trimmer conception

We rethought the conception of our client’s trimmer which had been unchanged in over 10 years, to allow a better productivity.

By modeling the entire thing, we have:

• Increased the cutting surface
• Reduced its weight for a better cutting quality, allowing an improvement of the capacity of the vehicle to transport other things. With the same equipment, there is thus less consumption.
• Established the modularity of the elements to cover the range and allowed a better management of the parts: from 5 supporting frames in the past, the client now uses only one to cover the 9 different models of the range.
